There are four of these mid-20th century Windsor-style chairs, likely American, with a classic hoop back, vertical spindles, turned legs, and a stretcher base.
 
It’s modeled after traditional 18th-century Windsor designs but looks like a later factory or semi-factory production piece rather than an early handmade example.
 
The wood is likely maple, birch, or another stained hardwood, and the finish appears consistent with mid-century varnish. It’s a solid, attractive, and very usable vintage chair, but not particularly rare.
